INTERPRETATIONS

As students interface with the Plantation Letters, they create their own evidence-based historical interpretations of life on antebellum southern plantations for slaves, women, and children. This page provides links to some of the original products created by students actively involved in the work of historians, analyzing and piecing together evidence from the primary source Plantation Letters to better understand the lives of others. Some of these resources can only be accessed if you are a member of our Ning community. Due to spammers, you must send a request to one of the site developers listed on the "contacts" page to be added to the Ning site.
